What is the optimal specimen collection site for this test?

Collect secretions from the posterior vaginal fornix using the provided sterile swab for accurate results.

What if the test line is faint?

 Any visible shade of color in the Test line (T) indicates a positive result, as intensity varies with antigen concentration.

How should I store the specimen if testing is delayed?

Test immediately after collection; if delayed, store at 2-8°C for up to 72 hours or -20°C for 3 months. Do not freeze and thaw repeatedly.

Does this test cross-react with other Candida species?
